Ain't No Day Off for Playoffs

The shouts and calls echo through the office. The practice space is loud. They’re training hard. Playing, reviewing, playing again. Keeping the momentum. Leading up to the first round of playoffs, they had three scrims a day. It paid off. Now Justice is ranked 3rd going into the final weekend of playoffs.

There’s no telling what the future holds, but they’re preparing for everything. The energy in the room pushes everyone further. It lifts up everyone’s mood. It makes us what to play harder than ever before.

There are moments that look calm, but are in fact deeply important. Watching a review of a critical play captures the attention of the group. Questions are asked, opinions presented, and strategies are made. After the last few matches, they will gather around a screen and watch the replays, seeing it for the first time from other angles. The match is not over when they step away from the keyboard. There is work to be done.

Then there’s the intensity of the match. Those not playing are offering strategies on team composition, counter compositions, and keeping track of ults. Winning a match isn’t just about the ones in the game, but those analyzing every aspect. Still that energy is there. It supports those in the field and in the dug out.

Justice is in this together. It’s been a long season with many plot twits. But this story is not over. Not yet. The team is ready.
