Washington D.C., August 15, 2019 – Today, the Washington Justice announced the appointment of Overwatch World Cup Team USA General Manager and former Los Angeles Gladiators Community Director Analynn “bawlynn” Dang to the role of General Manager starting in the 2020 Overwatch season.
Adored by the player community, and a top-ranked player herself, Analynn translates her love for Overwatch and passion for competitive esports to drive inspiration and player performance throughout teams. With years of experience in player management, team coordination, and sponsorship activations within the Overwatch League from her time with Los Angeles Gladiators and Sentinels organizations and her tenure with Team USA, Analynn will be instrumental in adapting Washington Justice to the new home and away game format for the 2020 season that will see Washington D.C. host five homestands at venues throughout the city.
“When growing an organization, it’s essential to invest in cornerstone talent that you can build around,” said Grant Paranjape, VP of esports business at Washington Justice. “Analynn brings an undisputed wealth of game knowledge and organizational expertise with her to the role of GM, and is the perfect addition to the Justice moving into the new season.”
