Streaming

Recently I streamed a few edits for Justice. We had a special treat in developing the new official Justice headshots for Jjanu and Stitch. While they’ve been on the team for a few weeks, it feels just *that* much more official. It’s an exciting time for us as we move forward with the rest of the season.

We also developed a few fun shots that caught Chat’s eye. I’ll stream more over the next few weeks, going through the archives and finding a some gems hidden in the thousands of photos I took this season.

This shoot was a lot of fun. A chance to get to know the guys a bit more and get you what you all wanted: uniforms! It was a simple set up, natural light and a bounce board in front of a brushed metal wall. I’d wanted to do a more informal looking shoot against a brick wall, but it’s July in Washington, DC. It’s hot. Everyone was happy when I said we could just stay in the building and NOT be outside while wearing black…

Chat asked if there was a good “wallpaper” image of the home stand. We came across this one and I like the shot. I think I over did it in the reds, but I discovered that the monitor I was using wasn’t color calibrated, so this looks a bit nuts. Anyway, still a cool image of how the lighting and sound crew have their decks set up. If you’re interested, here’s a link to a wallpaper size.

Another over-edited photo, but this one kind of wants to be over-edited. I was hanging around with some of the Blizzard staff during set up and saw that the lighting crew was testing out things. Made for a fun capture.

Thank you all for joining me on a stream. Let’s keep taking photos and having some chill time chatting about the team.

And let’s go play some Overwatch!
